9. Direct Bank Transfer

Customers may choose to pay by Direct Bank Transfer, where this payment option is offered during checkout.

Payment instructions, including the required bank account details and payment reference, will be provided after the order has been placed.

Payment must be received within five (5) business days of placing the order.

Orders for which payment has not been received within this period may be cancelled automatically without further notice.

Products will not be reserved indefinitely while awaiting payment.

Orders paid by bank transfer will only enter the order processing stage after the funds have been successfully received by Booze Bag.

10. Gift Cards

Booze Bag may issue digital gift cards that can be redeemed for eligible purchases made through our online store.

Unless otherwise stated:

• gift cards may only be used for purchases made on the Booze Bag website
• gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash
• gift cards cannot be refunded after they have been issued
• gift cards may be used together with another accepted payment method if the gift card balance is insufficient.

Gift cards remain valid for the period specified at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law.

Booze Bag reserves the right to refuse gift cards that have been altered, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or otherwise misused.

11. Discount Codes

• discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed
• only one promotional discount code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise
• discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Booze Bag reserves the right to cancel or refuse discount codes that have been used contrary to their intended purpose or obtained through fraudulent means.
